FAST S.p.A., in compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, has formally adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model. The purpose of this adoption is to ensure a corporate governance system based on the principles of transparency, efficiency and fairness, as well as on the prevention of the predicate offences envisaged by Legislative Decree 231/2001. Through the implementation of the Model, the Company reaffirms its commitment to promoting a corporate culture founded on the highest standards of integrity, legality and compliance with the rules, in accordance with the applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.
To this end, FAST S.p.A. has appointed a Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza, O.d.V.), a body endowed with full autonomy and independence, responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and proper observance of the 231 Model, as well as for monitoring the effectiveness of the measures adopted to prevent any unlawful conduct. The O.d.V. is also tasked with receiving reports concerning behaviour that may potentially be non-compliant with the Model or with the applicable regulatory provisions.
In order to ensure confidentiality and prompt handling of reports, FAST S.p.A. has set up a dedicated email inbox, odv.fast@gmail.com, through which employees, collaborators and third parties may send, in complete confidentiality, communications regarding potential violations or irregularities. The Supervisory Body undertakes to handle all reports received with the utmost confidentiality, in full compliance with the applicable regulations.
