These terminal units are designed to ensure efficient operation in small and medium-sized spaces, typically characterised by the need for installation in false ceilings or in tight technical spaces.
The structure of the FTA units features a double-skin casing in galvanised sheet steel, internally insulated with high-density injected polyurethane foam. This construction solution provides excellent thermal insulation, reducing energy losses and helping to maintain a uniform temperature within the air circuit. At the same time, the use of insulating materials and the attention to detail in the mechanical design ensure extremely quiet operation, a key requirement for applications in environments open to the public.

The FTA series can be equipped with a wide range of modular accessories. For example, two- or three-damper mixing boxes are available, allowing management of the airflow between outdoor air, recirculated air and, in some cases, exhaust air. It is possible to install filter sections with bag filters, for more efficient filtration than traditional flat filters.
For additional heating requirements, hot-water reheat coils or two-stage electric heaters can be integrated, mounted inside dedicated plenums. To ensure lower noise levels, especially in sensitive environments such as hotel rooms or offices, silencer modules are available, to attenuate the noise generated by air movement.
Air distribution can be customised thanks to two-zone control dampers, plenums with multiple supply outlets, adjustable supply grilles, intake dampers and front return grilles. Finally, for local control, control panels are available in various configurations, capable of independently managing unit operation.
One of the main distinctive features of the FTA series is its compact size, which makes installation easier even in spaces with limited room. In addition, these units guarantee low noise levels during operation, making them ideal for applications in offices, hotel rooms and commercial environments. A further technical advantage is the' high available static pressure, which allows the management of ducted networks with complex layouts or remote terminals, ensuring optimal air distribution.
